1.Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the UniversalMC name and logo, the website’s design and text, our server builds, and our other original content belong to [Business legal name — to be provided] or to people who have licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2.Minecraft content
Minecraft, its name, and its game content and assets belong to Mojang and Microsoft. We use them under Mojang’s Minecraft Usage Guidelines and EULA. UniversalMC is not an official Minecraft product; see the Minecraft Non-Affiliation Notice.
3.What you may do
- View and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Share links to our pages.
- Make screenshots, videos, and streams of yourself playing on UniversalMC, as long as you follow Minecraft’s own rules and do not suggest you are UniversalMC or that we endorse you.
You may not copy our website, builds, or other content to run another server or service, or use our name or logo in a way that could confuse people, without our written permission.
4.Content you create
You keep any rights you have in what you create on our Services, such as builds, signs, chat messages, and support messages. So that we can run the network, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate and improve the Services, including showing it to other players. For example, other players can see and visit a Skyblock island you build.
You must only share content that you have the right to share.
5.Suggestions and feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. We are grateful for them, but we cannot promise to use them.
6.Third-party materials
Some parts of the website and network use material from others under their own licences, such as open-source software and fonts. Those licences continue to apply to that material.
7.If you think something infringes your rights
If you believe content on our website, network, or Discord infringes your copyright, please follow the Copyright Takedown (DMCA) Procedure. Accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others’ copyright may be ended, as described there.
