2.The Services are provided “as is”
We work hard to run a fun and reliable network, but we provide the website, the Minecraft network, and our other services “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give promises or warranties that are not written in our Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.Availability and in-game data
Servers can go offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected problems, and may sometimes be slow. We cannot promise that the Services will always be available or free of bugs.
Technical problems can occasionally cause in-game progress, items, or balances to be lost or rolled back. If Coins you bought are affected, contact Support; staff can review and correct Coin balances.
4.Server status and other information
Information on the website, such as server status, player counts, supported versions, rank perks, and news, is provided for general information. It may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date.
5.Game changes
UniversalMC is a live game. Game balance, features, ranks, and perks change over time, and a change may make something you enjoy work differently. See “Changes to the Services” in the Terms of Service.
6.Coins are not an investment
Coins are for use in our game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and should never be bought as an investment or with the expectation of profit. See the Virtual Currency (Coins) Policy.
7.Third-party services and links
The website links to services run by others, such as Stripe, Discord, server-list voting websites, and Minecraft. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8.Player content
Players can build, chat, and post on our network and Discord. Their views are their own, not ours. If you see something that breaks our rules, please report it (see the Community Rules).
9.Minecraft
UniversalMC is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. See the Minecraft Non-Affiliation Notice.
